Our Corporate Finance team has once again been ranked amongst the top 10 PR consultancies advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
The league table, published by respected data provider mergermarket, places us 9th in the UK.
In the so-called mid-market table, which tracks sub-$250m deals, we ranked 10th in Europe and 17th globally, based on the volume of corporate transactions handled.
The team, which operates from our offices in London and Manchester, advised on five deals during the first six months of 2009 with an aggregate value of $242m. These included the £19.55m LDC-backed management buyout of Ansa Holdings and Independent Inspections from parent company Mavinwood PLC in June.
