Building Blocks hire Citypress tech team

Citypress has been appointed by Building Blocks, a fast-growing web technology consultancy, to support its international expansion plans.

Building Blocks provides online technology consultancy and implementation for global clients including Italian airline Alitalia and pan-African mobile telecoms company Vodacom. In the UK, the company’s domestic client base includes Warner Leisure Hotels, Butlins and the British Dental Association.

Building Blocks was launched just three years ago by experienced technical consultants Andy Iddon and Jonathan Whiteside. It now employs a growing team of 20 people and recently invested £250,000 in IT equipment and the refurbishment of its new Manchester city centre headquarters.

The company is currently planning to open its second office in the US, where it’s experiencing strong demand for its expertise in Microsoft technologies. Citypress’ technology PR team will be supporting Building Blocks by communicating the success of the company’s client projects and its technical capability.
