Citypress Embarks on Wombat Adventure
10 July 2009

Adventure clothing brand, Wombat, has appointed Citypress to support a major website relaunch and ambitious expansion plans.
The Cheshire-based brand provides clothing that is "born to be worn" for outdoors adventure and travel and a large proportion of its range is made using either fair-trade or organic cotton.
Citypress will be running a national and digital campaign to build Wombat's profile, drive traffic to the new website and increase footfall in-store.
Steve Leigh, Citypress director, said: "Wombat is one of the first adventure clothing brands to make a bold statement with its ethical credentials. There's a clear identity for us to help develop and some exciting activity planned. We're delighted to be on board."
Wombat's managing director, Ian Milburn, said: "The next few months are going to be very important for Wombat. Our website relaunch is a big step forward and we'll be expanding our network of shops across the UK. Citypress impressed us with their understanding of what our brand is all about and we're sure they're the right people to support our growth plans."
