Citypress named as a PRWeek Best Place Agency to Work 2023

Citypress has been judged as a PRWeek Best Place to Work 2023 by winning the Large Agency category.

The agency has won more PRWeek Best Places to Work awards than any other agency over the eight year duration of the programme.

Citypress was also named best PR agency for Learning & Development, for the second consecutive year.

The awards assess the top PR agencies in the UK and involve a two-stage judging process and a colleague survey. This year, the judges said:

“Citypress’ entry is a pretty comprehensive guide on how to be a great place to work. The broad scope of its mental health training, mentoring and support is superb, as are its retention, zero pay gaps and investment in training.”

And on our award for Learning & Development:

“20% of time spent on training blew my mind. The offsite training commitment is great for full engagement, it’s good to see commitment to training outside of fee earners, and 30% of the team being promoted is proof it all works.”
