Electricity North West: Powering engagement ahead of the price control
Every eight years the prices charged to customers are reviewed, with the next control – RIIO-ED2- set to run from 2023 to 2028.
Electricity North West needed a stakeholder engagement plan to help the business gather the insight it needed to ensure its plans are built on stakeholder needs, and that the level of investment and service is right.
Our strategy focused on an integrated engagement campaign to encourage stakeholders to contribute to consultations on the business plans and satisfaction surveys, using earned and owned media executions to raise awareness and drive traffic.
