FEC: The UK’s largest urban regeneration project

Far East Consortium (UK) is a major developer specialising in high quality residential developments and hotels across London, the South East, Manchester and other key cities across the UK. 

Backed by their listed parent company in Hong Kong, FEC’s UK-based team sought our support as it embarked on the delivery of Victoria North – a £4bn regeneration project that will deliver 15,000 new homes in Manchester over the next decade. 

Since then, we’ve helped it to develop and deliver a comprehensive media strategy, covering corporate comms, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. At the same time, our consumer team have enabled it to build positive sentiment around the emerging neighbourhoods within Victoria North – engaging the local city centre community through its ambitious ‘meanwhile use’ strategy and CSR initiatives.
