Molson Coors: Celebrating diversity
We helped Molson Coors Beverage Company, brewer of the UK’s favourite lager Carling, to launch ‘Better with You’, a new campaign bringing together a wide range of policies and initiatives.
Molson Coors puts people first – delivering market leading benefits and inclusion policies for its teams – but awareness outside the business was limited. So, they set out to create a new EVP brand to give them a platform to shout about what they do – building colleague engagement, championing inclusion and ultimately building a more diverse workforce.
The brand launched to their teams with a mix of in-person and digital activations, and now underpins all their communications around people and culture.
Once launched, we worked to upskill the regional leadership team and Employee Relations Groups on how to be role-models and communicate the business’ leadership to internal and external audiences.
