Strike: Showcasing a new way to sell property
Strike was the first estate agency in the UK to sell houses for free, online. Its mission? To re-write and revolutionise the estate agent model. Our role was to raise awareness of their bold digital proposition and the new brand in key regions and cities across the country.
We delivered an integrated editorial and social media programme at a national and hyper-local level. This generated daily news coverage from expert advice commentary, data-led location stories and case studies of happy sellers in national and regional media.
We lined up a host of national media and broadcast interviews for the CEO and product teams and used a combination of customer case studies and top-tip insight-led features with personal finance media to get people excited about ‘Free’ launching in their area.
On top of this, we inserted Strike into conversations around the best way to sell your house within property press.
