Citypress launches political advisory offer with senior hire

We’ve hired Rory Fletcher, head of Cohn & Wolfe’s political counsel team, to our expanding strategic communications practice.

Rory, who joins as director, will advise our clients on political and regulatory issues as part of broader corporate reputation programmes, working alongside our media advisory team.

At Cohn & Wolfe, Rory has advised international brands in sectors including financial services, food and drink, supply chain, extractive industries and manufacturing.

The move is part of our ongoing strategy to build additional specialisms around our core consultancy services.

Patrick Tooher, who leads Citypress’ strategic media communications practice, said: “Whether publicly-listed or privately-owned, brands and businesses are increasingly looking for specialist support and senior counsel to complement their brand and corporate communications programmes.
