Citypress named top 10 PR adviser in M&A rankings

Communications agency Citypress has been ranked as one of the most active M&A PR advisers in the UK, according to research by global market intelligence service Mergermarket.

The agency’s financial communications practice ranked 9^th in the UK by deal volume after providing strategic support on 27 transactions in 2023. Deal activity was generated from a broad client base of private equity, corporate finance advisers, corporates, and institutional funds, including LDC, FRP Corporate Finance, GLIL Infrastructure and Bruntwood SciTech, a joint venture between investor and developer Bruntwood, Legal & General and Greater Manchester Pension Fund.
