Citypress recognised as best place to work

Citypress has been named as one of the UK’s best places to work by The Sunday Times

The Sunday Times list celebrates Britain’s top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, those with a disability, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.

It was produced in partnership with employee experience platform WorkL, using responses from an employee survey developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders and academics to monitor engagement and wellbeing in the workplace.

To achieve a high overall engagement score, employers have to score highly across a six-step framework: reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction.

Citypress is one of only 85 companies in the UK to be recognised in the ‘medium’ category for organisations which employ between 50 and 249 people.

Other well-known brands to make The Sunday Times list this year include PizzaExpress, loveholidays, Fat Face, David Lloyd Leisure, Octopus Energy, EasyJet Holidays and Brew Dog

Citypress is also the most awarded agency in the PRWeek Best Places to Work Awards over the last eight years and became employee-owned in 2021.
