Primark appoints Citypress

Primark appointed Citypress to support with communications for its first ever Click + Collect trial.
The trial offers customers the opportunity to shop an extended kids’ range – spanning everything from clothing and accessories, to decorative nursery products and toys – and will includes hundreds of items exclusive to Click + Collect.
The trial launches at 25 selected stores across the North West, Yorkshire and North Wales, and is the first time that Primark has offered customers the option to buy and pay online before collecting orders in store.
Our brief includes raising awareness and usage of the new Click + Collect service among existing and new customers, through a programme of communications activity to support each store taking part in the trial and promote the extended Primark kids’ range via Click + Collect.
